Included in the rental price of the cottage:tourist tax, cleaning, heating, electricity, water, 1 basket of wood from November to March, wifi.
Not included in the rental price of the cottage: bath linen, bed linen and kitchen linen.
Terms of reservation and payment:

A deposit of 25% of the total amount is to be paid at the signing of the rental contract in order to guarantee this.

The balance is to be paid at the latest 10 days before arrival accompanied by the deposit of 250€.

The deposit will be paid to you no later than 1 week after your departure from the gîte if no damage has been observed.

Waste sorting is mandatory.

Pets are not allowed in the cottage.

The accommodation is non-smoking.

Noisy parties are prohibited.
